When you contact Miterline or submit a project or trade-partner form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project location, scope details, timing, budget range, photos, documents, company information, trade information, and other details you choose to submit.
How information is used
Information is used to review project fit, communicate with you, prepare estimates or proposals, coordinate potential work, manage leads, improve internal operations, prevent spam, and maintain records related to legitimate business activity.
Service providers
Website hosting, automation, email, CRM, file storage, analytics, or other business systems may process information on Miterline's behalf. Those systems are selected and configured as operational needs develop.
File uploads
Do not upload passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through public forms.
Retention and requests
